General Overview
As the project's name suggests, the overall theme of this project is, "Between God and Nature". The pieces which make up the portfolio will be PHYSICALLY COMPILED so that an aesthetic visual transition can effectively guide the reader from one work to the next. In total, there are to 7 sub-themes that each contribute to emphasizing the portfolio's theme, "Between God and Nature". At this point, The portfolio's works WILL NOT consist of short poetry (Less than 500 words). Instead all short poetry that I have written thus far and have planned out, will be used to make the transition between works more effective. The 7 sub-themes of the portfolio will be presented in a specific order so that when the respective works' theme/messages are combined with those of the other works, the result will explain and enhance the overall theme in a unique manner. While I'd like to disclose how these "puzzle pieces" are going to fit together, I feel that it should be a surprise for people to experience on a personal level. For more info on the development and progress of this project please refer to the 20% Time Blog page under the "Between God and Nature" tab. |
